“Loved, loved, loved this unique experience!! This town is authentic to what life was like during the gold rush days, right down to the unsaved dirt streets! The restored hotel is beautiful. There's a lovely rooftop spot for dining and cocktails.”

“The staff is incredible. They went way above and beyond to accommodate us. Without them, we would have been stranded, without a room, on one of the busiest weekends in Dawson City. Thank you to Melanie & her amazing staff for going out of your way for us!!! On top of that, the rooms were clean, beautiful and the hotel is located wonderfully in the heart of Downtown Dawson. Highly recommend! Thank you one more time!”

“My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of a Holland America cruise/land tour. We both agreed it was nicer than we anticipated since Dawson City remains very rustic and the city is pretty remote. Although the room had no air conditioning, the overhead fan and opening up of the window cooled things off just fine. Internet access was admittedly very sparse but that was expected given the remoteness of the town. We both thought the room was very charming and had no complaints. We were on the Holland America full meal plan so pretty much ordered the most expensive things at their hotel restaurant for dinner. The food was very good, with our desserts especially tasty. The only downside was that we missed a spectacular northern lights show that appeared the second night we were there. I would have loved it if the hotel had a reliable way of being contacted in the event the northern lights were visible.”

“Good location in Dawson City as we could walk every where we wanted. Rooms are dated. Staff were helpful, but need to learn basic questions.”
